Just left the local store and they have paraffin wax 10 lbs 40% off. I’m assuming this can be used to wax traps or make waxed dirt.

So what was the final price and what city was it in. Might see if ours will match prices. Thanks

We use it for picking ducks.

I use it for waxed dirt. By time I buy flake or pellet online plus shipping it’s more convenient for me to buy from our local hobby lobby near where I work.

I can't stand the all the "perfumey" stink in there. You'd think this wax would absorb all that stink like the wax from many trap supply places has a skunky odor. ???

Original price was 37.99. The 40% off got it to $22 and change. This was in Rolla MO.

Might air it out for a bit in the trap shed, then when you melt it probably will cook off/dissipate any residual foreign odors.

My cousin smoked cigarrettes in his trap shed where he hung traps, plus stored his wax, and it never seemed to matter.
