After my latest cardiac sonogram one of the test results suggests mild PH .
Been looking it up and the end result isn't positive, there are meds and lifestyle changes which are supposed to help. Waiting on the doctor to make the diagnosis.
Any info appreciated, thanks....

Not sure what it's called but my heart pumping function
is currently at 25% along with atrial fibrillation &
tricuspid regurgitation of my left ventricle.

Pulmonary hypertension is what Viagra (sildenafil) was originally developed to treat. The side effect was an unexpected bonus.

Could be lots of things excessive pressure in your circulation system in your lungs could be ,,, COPD ,, blood clots in lungs arteries,, narrowing of said arteries causes excessive back pressure to your heart leading to heart failure , Listen to the docs they can save your life or help with quality of life ,, insist on several opinions .. Dont ask me how i know this stuff

Seems I read valve leakage can cause or worsen it. I've had mitral valve leakage forever, like
a lot of people, but they now discovered leakage at the tricuspid valve, there doesn't seem to be any other reason for the PH. Anyhow, the doctors have me in their web again, I guess I'll find out soon enough, Thanks.
