If the holes big enough you can stick a finger in it you’ll need to Sewit first. Than use the black gasket silicone. Sewing waders is become a daily thing

Yes, Ive had good luck with two different product... If the hole is small then a dab of AquaSeal will work just fine.. If the hole is bigger you might need a patch.. What I have done is put a piece of tape on the back side and fill the hole with aquaseal. the tape keeps it from leaking through..
My neoprene waders have at least 5 patches on them and they all are holding fine... The other product that's easier to find is Goop Marine.. Aquaseal is best but the goop Marine works in a pinch..

Go to Walmart and by a Gear Aid packet of patches and "glue". The adhesive in that tube will never crack or harden after curing. I've patched an old pair of Lacrosse Burly's for years like that, cause the new version sucks.

Something else that works great is e6000… you can find it at Walmart in the craft section.
If it’s a small hole.. dab it on.. for a bigger hole.. go on the inside of the waders and put some duct tape over the hole,,, then fill the outside with e6000….I usually fill the hole and then add a little extra around the mouth of the hole to make sure I don’t miss anything.
I’ve patched alot of holes in waders using this stuff… and it is usually dry over night…
Before you use the e6000 , make sure your waders are dry… it’ll help the adhesive to work better.
E6000 is cheap too.. about 7 bucks for a decent size tube
