It breaks my heart to learn the (true?) history of the natives and what they were faced with.
As far as reparations, a lotta todays demanders need to get in line as there are many ahead of them.

that kill site was a good harvest with all the robes being fleshed out
Crosspatch sure looks like they had travelled where there was some 20 foot trees judging by what is shown and stacked up.
It was once said every 3 miles the popular poles were dragged by horses an inch wore off the bottom
There is a geological line structure showing in the photo= southern North Dakota formations would be my guess south of Dickison ND

Speaking of eating dogs, in Nam it was a regular meal providing dogs around ! First picture reveals as it was. Lots of hard work.

Extirpating the bison on the plains helped put the Indians on government reliance. Also the Indian removal act of 1830 signed by Andrew Jackson (dem) is a black eye. The reservations are a mess rampant with alcoholism, drugs and crime thanks mostly in part to one political party.

I'd say its a pup.
The similarly colored big dog in the center of the pic appears to be sporting a nice rack of nipples.
The other dogs are black n' whites too. One may be Pa'.
