Yours is in very nice condition except for the replaced dog and cracked/worn jaw post. If it has original chain you might see 30$ for it. Do not keep setting the trap if that jaw post blows out it’s worth about 5$ at that point. Would have been made in late 1860 probably hard to tell without seeing the chain and swivel.
