"Be still and know that I am God." Psalm 46:10
One day I was out trapping, and it was bitterly cold, right around 0 degrees I think, and I was just walking along in the snow and out of nowhere I heard those words, loud. I knew the voice was in my head but it came from nowhere. I stopped and looked around at the beauty of God's creation. It felt as though God had spoken to me. It was a strange feeling.
Just give me one thing, that I can hold on to. To believe in this livin' is just a hard way to go.

Judges 15:4
Then Samson went out and caught three hundred foxes. And he took torches, turned the foxes tail-to-tail, and fastened a torch between each pair of tails. 5Then he lit the torches and released the foxes into the standing grain of the Philistines, burning up the piles of grain and the standing grain, as well as the vineyards and olive groves.
Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

Exodus 14:14 The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
I was going through a struggle at school and coaching my team due to a couple of parents. My daughter-in-law shared this with me.

Mine as well. But for different reasons. Like Elijah in the cave or Job questioning God I'm prone to rant and rave and just throw a general hissy fit. I'm not nice to be around when things ain't going my way. I have to remind myself to sit down and shut up, lol.

Danny the question I've always had about that verse that the theologians have never been able to answer is whether he used flat sets or dirt holes. I'm kind of a believer of the dirt hole sect myself With that hair, he had to be a snare man. Surely he knew how to braid.
