I’ve been helping a guy out around his place and he has a floating dock for geese to nest on… the recent wind we had popped the ropes that had actual anchors tied to them… I was wondering if regular cement bricks would be okay to use… would there be a risk of anything from that concrete that could hurt the fish in the pond?? I know it sounds a little dumb,,, my opinion would be absolutely fine to use them… but I’m not a biologist and know nothing about long term concrete in a pond.

Material would be ok. Don't know how well they will hold depending on size of dock... Get you some 5 gallon buckets and couple bags of quickrete . Eye bolts. Fill them about half full . Mix it up and put eyebolts in the mixture. Let it set over night.
