I have this one wife got me on Amazon couple years ago think under $20. I can hear this fine but I'm deaf enough . I couldn't hear the smoke detector this morning chirping low battery. Dogs had to let me know. I have two sensor with this unit. One is on front walk other by back door. I haven't had the actual dinger turn on for quite some time just rely on the blinking light. Even after narrowing the sensor field by taping the lense. It still picks up to many squirrels and mainly birds. So it dinged way to often. I only needed to know when UPS was dropping more Amazon stuff for the wife. Mac

Mine has a choice of four ring tones as well as volume control. The dog sings along with it too.

Do these things require intenetj/ wifi? No, the one I have doesn’t. The receiver can plug into regular outlet or use battery. The transmitter runs on battery. I just need a different tone.

I had a Harbor freight one but it dinged everytime a car went by, deer walked up the driveway or the constant parade of turkeys, I finally shut it off. Ding like a bell or beep like fire alarm?

I have one that has about 20 different ring tones. I place a battery sensor on my coyote bait next to my home, and plug the receiver in the electric socket in my bedroom. In the last 6 years I have shot 43 coyotes from my house window. Now that’s a good idea … no need to stare at the bait for hours on end , just wait till buzzer goes off :-))

Mine take 4 batteries that last for about a year while the receiver plugs into the wall. Pressure sensor buried in the driveway. Cars, people, deer and lawnmowers will set it off. Comes with four different chimes and adjustable volume controle.
