The Phillies lost again, at least Penn State won.
I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.

The teams that ended up in the playoffs do not result in a clear cut favorite They all could roll through the whole series of games and win without much trouble or it could be a knock down nail biting rock and roll battle to the final out I am still hoping the Yankees win I have been a fan since1963 And I admire Arron Judge for his class I admit that Juan Soto has shown lot of what makes him so good He is professional player that plays hard and plays the game the way it is supposed to be played By taking his walks and more often than not comes up big when it is needed Soto's presence in the line up made it possible for Judge to put up numbers that are unheard in the history of the game Over .700 slugging percentage and 144 rbi's He was the MVP of the league in 2022 And he had a better year this season Some will say he did not reach 60 home runs Like doing that is so easy for anyone in the history of the game Judge is so good at doing what this team needs so he can focus on what his best way to make that happen His batting average was 322 I think It was clear he was just at times just trying to get on base The Yankees this season had a hard time scoring runs The starting line up was ever changing and did not get consistent play from anyone but Judge and Soto . I hope they can win enough games to finish out the playoffs and end up as World Series champs and end the year on a high note They have a good group of talented young players and if they can play as a team it could be the start of a good run of championship teams If guys like Oswaldo Cabrera Anthony Volpe Jazz Chisman Jasson Domiguezes Austin Wells just fill the role that the team needs from them the Yankees will steam roll the American League East division for the next decade They need to learn how to win together And if they are able to do that they will be the next dynasty of baseball With Judge and Soto leading the way and the others just doing what they do After all the years of being a Yankee fan Iam excited about what they may be able to doing the near future

Brew Crew has enjoyed playing with house money all year and having folks overlook them. Probably why they have scored so many runs with two outs and find ways to come back. One of the reasons d-backs are out is because they couldn’t finish off the crew after jumping out to an 8 -0 lead.

Lets go royals, had to switch teams for a minute. Maybe for good until the cards get rid of mo and oli. I'm OK with losing but losing and not trying to fix anything is ridiculous! Have to go with padres just to show the cards what they lost in a manager, all that came too was he wouldn't be a yes man to mo.. Agree 100%
