I typically pull the anal glands bladder and the rear footpads. Are the other foot pads on the foot worth pulling? Also on a female are you pulling anything else from her than what is mentioned above?

I don't do footpads, but I do hock (not very big, but no effort to get) and ear glands, and sex organs(including uterus) on females. I have went back and forth on adding in testicles, but usually do currently. If you are selling them, some buyers want testicles, some don't; same with foot pads.

Anals, larger foot pad, axillary glands, posterior scapula glands, and cheek glands can all be used… I would recommend using the gall juice with your break down.

I take the empty bladders and use them separately, but you could add them to your glands.
