Since I’m not seeing a bunch of beaver trapping equipment for sale I’m guessing you weren’t the winner. Ya got it backwards...I'd be buying more equipment!

Ok, faced with the choice, who would take $621M lump now vs. $45M per year for next 30 years? If the payments continue and go to my estate if I die, I vote the latter.
Easy to vote your way into socialism, but impossible to vote your way out of it.

At least it isn’t California or New Jersey or one of the states that always has the winner. It’s still a blue state,,

Pay the taxes then invest 1/3rd into the market, 1/3rd into U.S bonds and spend the other 3rd buying houses around me, bull dozing them and planting trees.

Lump sum and after taxes and putting into normal 8-10% real estate backed investment accounts you would do far better than what they offer for annual payments and your principal need not be touched.

That's even more than I made trapping this season! Winning that would ruin your life.

That's even more than I made trapping this season! After reading the title of your thread, I thought you had won the powerball billion.
Wife: That's the 4th time you've gone back for dessert, doesn't that embarrass you? Me: No, I keep telling them it's for you.
