Now owned by Mac Traps. Mark I think? Wish they could translate their page. I have to get my wife to order from there. I get the “You don’t need those, I saw you still have 2 in the garage” treatment.

I love my Belisle but never used a Sauvageau ... are they as good, better or what than Belisle?

The devil's greatest trick isn't making us think he doesn't exist. It's flattering us. So we don't see..... the devil is us.

Sauvageau are beaver catching machines-unless the muskrat get in them first.Been buying some every year for the last 5 years and mine have soft steel jaws that bend about every other beaver.I actually made a straightener that fits in my vise-good times.

Interesting I’ve never heard of the 11x12 referred to as a 440.I like that it kind of simplifies things.

I have no desire to purchase any other beaver body grip trap than the Sauvageau, the exception being if I need a couple for public ground where they may walk away. Great trap.

April is autism awareness month. Nearly 1 in every 100 children are born with an autism spectrum disorder.. 1 in 100. Stop and think about it...please

Never tried them, but how are the safeties on the savages? They’re about $5 more that the belisles for the 330s.

Not as nice as belisles but better than any other I’ve seen.
