Hi folks i just have a question if you use aluminium sulfate to tan skin does the skin get stiff after it get wet completely and dry again

Yes, that's typical with all tans, you'll need to do some breaking again. It shouldn't get stiff like a dried raw skin, but it will get "boardy".
