I hope your using the 45 and not the 6 shot
6 shot from a 18inch barrel is a lot different than from a rifled 3 inch barrel
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

That particular revolver likes the Winchester PDX1 plated disc, buckshot .410 load...Mean little combo.

Those gen2 are pretty… Some 220 gr should shoot great through it. Those Noslers in the pic are the 220gr. But that is a heavy subsonic. Not sure I'm gonna like that rainbow trajectory of that load out in a field. Probably be good in a creek bottom at a hog feeder at 40 or 50 yds. Definitely is whisper quiet with the suppressor. Got to test fire it with a demo suppressor today. Sounded like a pellet gun.
