Just put some new air fresheners in it.

Put an ounce of this in a gallon of water and wipe EVERYTHING down real good.
My wife swears that's how I must clean my truck in the fall.

A little bleach (very little) in the water for the mildew on the pleather. Other than that, just rug shampoo for the rest. When you are done, park it in the sun with the windows cracked about a half inch so it heats up good and dries quickly. Armorall the dash and pleather after the bleach water

Simple Green diluted will work wonders. Spray 9 will remove anything the Simple Green won’t but use care as it can be unforgiving on dash paint !
