dirtholeman1 OP trapper Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 2,163 Arkansas	If you can only give one tip to a new trapper what would it be ? One thing I do is carry glycerin with me on the line. Nothing like when ya make a set and reach for a favorite lure and it is almost empty. You can put a little glycerin in the bottle, shake it well and get the last lovin drops from the bottle to get ya outta a bind. ...........dirt LYNX RULES !!!!!

I would agree, you can have the best looking set, trap, and bait/lure but if it is in a poor location your sucess might be limited.....my advice; get very familer with the species you are trapping and know their travel, eating and loafing habits, once a person gets adept at locating and tracking there target species it will be much easier to trap that species.
