Only for my goats. My bees are spread out farther than most people's. They started out ,20 yards apart In my back field but have ended up all over the 96 acres as I made splits and moved the weak hives further away to help with robbing. We have had one know document black bear come through a few years back but that was a fluke. So no reason to go through the expensive or trouble to run electric fence or bother maintaining it/ mow around more than the hives on the zero turn. As it is I'm lucky to have time to keep up with the hives I have with my limited time. I try to stay around 20 but it looks like I may end up with closer to 30 before winter. I need a few more yards or to sell some bees.

No thanks I saw the distruction a member here posted of his bee yard. I don't want any part of that.

I was conflicted about killing the skunk in my bee yard after seeing where it had dug up the yellow jacked/ground beef nest and ate it. But ultimately decided it had to go
