Does anybody know who buys this bark?

I don't always carry all my groceries on one arm, but when I do, my keys are usually in the wrong pocket.

I've never sold to them, but a couple of years ago I found:

https://rootbuyer.com/what-we-buy/

when I was looking for a market for poison hemlock, burdock and poke weed.
