I've had it a couple times (almond milk). It didn't taste much like the milk I drink. Much closer to water and thus I call it almond water.

I'd be curious to know if there's even any almonds in most of the stuff on the shelves. Seems today everything is just "flavored".

If bull milk was invented, would it come from Nuts?

I thought a law was passed a couple years ago that prevented any of the companies manufacturing anything they labeled as "MILK" that wasn't produced by a mammal had to be re-labeled to NOT use the word "MILK".

I see oat milk on the market.

Both items don't pass the wording test.

Our stores have both sweetened and unsweetened regular and vanilla almond milk. I buy the unsweetened versions of both for low carb use. Both have 1 gram of net carbs per cup.

I do agree that it would be a good idea to find a more accurate name instead of milk.

My wife has a kidney disorder, we started using some Almond milk for health reasons. I don't drink it, I may have regular milk, but I do use it in my cereal and quite frankly I don't know the difference, lol.

Cream is good for you. Instead of chewing up almonds maybe cream in a blender of almonds stead of water? Would likely get thick like pudding.

Never tried it... Never will until they stop with the false advertising. It's not milk, it never will be milk. I don't believe it is really any more healthy than real milk. And it is a terrible waste of water resources in a areas with very limited water.

It last forever in the frig as well. Have you tried the oat milk? Not bad.
