Lufkin Trapper OP trapper L Joined: Dec 2006 Lufkin, Tx.	They are whole, small taters boiled with skin on in extra salty water (like 1\2 cup salt to 4 cups water). Eat peeling and all to get the good salty taste. Fresh dug new taters are the best, but I just get the crawfish boil, red taters from local stores. Billy Member # 16.
