BubbaCampbell trapper B Joined: Dec 2006 Uvalde Texas	Like a dumb walking around at night with flip flops on and he hit me on my big toe when I stepped on him Toe swelled up twice the size called my vet and he told me to double dose Benadryl and gave me some CTC and called it good felt like you poured molten metal in it for a few hours Bubba Last edited by 330-Trapper; 06/04/24 08:00 AM. Especially black snakes, ring necks and garters. River, creeks ponds have a water snake thats harmless though most swear its a cotton mouth. I hardly ever see snakes of any kind anymore since my eyesight got bad, just figured they disappeared due to climate change since that's killing the whole planet, lol. Not my circus, not my clowns.

Unlike Jtrapper I prefer to do most of my own doctoring for anything that can be doctored at home, whether for dogs or people. Vet sells me syringes filled with dexamethasone to keep on hand for snake bites.
