I ran a lot of jobs as Pipe fitter foreman and I had 3 gals that worked for me. They did what was asked and I never had to run any of them off.

I dont like it. I cant just pee where ever anymore on the construction jobs I am on.

There were two of them that would drop their drawers right in the middle of the road in front of the other 19 people. If they had to go, they had to go. I had to give them some positive direction.

Had a women forester drop her drawers a pee about forty yards in front of me two days ago. She didn’t know I was there. I was turkey hunting uphill of a new logging trail and in full camo. Her and her dog came driving up in her Tacoma, presumably to mark timber for a new cut and I guess she had to go.

As far as women in construction; I’ve been in residential construction and remodeling most of my life. I’ve worked lots of jobs with women on various crews and a few on my crews. Most seemed capable. About the only problem I saw was that the good-looking ones were a distraction to the men.

Show them respect if due and don't try to get in their pants.

Don't be a hater just because they shoot you down. My old boss back in the early 90's was the first Female Hotshot Crew Superintendent. That woman was as tough as nails. She would whoop your backside, drink you under the table that night and then PT you to death the next morning. I had NOTHING but respect for her. She was given nothing and worked like a dog to get where she was.

3rd week in October, let me know… I’ve got a dog still upright, I’m an kind of an ornery fellow but I need gas money.. If I leave enough cash, can the hound and gal from Hettinger come home with me? If not, How about just the dog? I like to prioritize. If you want to run that hound on some private land, free ranged organic, dang near hand fed grouse let me know. I don't typically shoot them here on the home place.
