so I buy some 22lr ammo in the 100 round packs or bulk and was putting them in the packs

when I drove the van they were so far back that no one heard them jiggle
I keep them in the cab of my truck now and they jiggle and the noise is found quite annoying by my wife

My solution , big ol pill bottles , fits in the door pockets fine and no jiggle noise easy to dump what you need into your hand.
easier than the slide top box trays and with the child safety lock less likely to open up and spill.

I also found these bottles great for putting staples in for the staple gun in range bags also
the smaller size pill bottles are great for choke tubes.

Used pill bottles for .22 shells since I was just a wee lass.

Those would be hard pills to swallow.

Them are true pain killers

I cut up thin piece of foam to put in the bottom of the 100 pack box, the pills stay tight and dont rattle.

Advil bottles make great bullet containers too

I like to use the flat circle mint containers that can dispense one or many!

I eat no mints , no candy , gum

but I take a Metformin twice a day and they come in those bottles

I used zipper bags for all sorts of things but not ever really for ammo , it's an idea.

I have also used BX-25 mags in the past 25 rounds ready to rock in the 10/22 or strip off as many as needed to load up the revolver

The old 35mm film canisters hold about 20 rounds of .22 shells.

used to have a bunch of them when we had a film camera , haven't used it in over a decade now no idea where all the little canisters went. they got used up for something or tossed.

Those are what I used to hold .22 long rifle rounds, back in the nineties. I haven't seen one of those film canisters in many years.

Always pockets and glove boxes

too many end up going through the wash in pockets
