In defense of Boco, I think he is a good guy, who likes stirring the pot. He is flawed like all of us. I would not like to see Boco banned. He is one of my favorite posters. Boco keeps things interesting. I admit it is fun proving him wrong. I'm sure I come off as jerk sometimes too.

Boco's fur handling is top rate.

There's a few other guys here, who I sometimes disagree with, that I really enjoy seeing their posts too.

If we all agreed in complete harmony, there would be no reason to post on most subjects.

The early studies show that being more than lightly active on Social Media, at a young age, drastically changes human brain chemistry. I'm not a big fan off laws controlling human behavior, but think there may be benefits to limiting children's usage of social media by law.

It would be better if parents just parented their children.

Many parents, active on social media, appear to forget they are responsible for their children at all.

Yesterday evening, I talked to an Israeli couple, who came to the US and have become part of a splinter group of Mennonites. It was my first time meeting them and we talked for over three hours here. They will likely become friends. They completely avoid Facebook and other social media.

I think balance is the key to most of everything in life.

I've lived in a community surrounded by reserves most of my life and their complete lack of personal responsibility to family, unwillingness to work, and terrible racism against all others is mind boggling. If we handed the first nations people an entire province of their own, they would murder half their own people, burn the entire province to the ground and move to another province.

We all must have some FN people in our associations. The ones I meet at our meetings are top notch. Trying to get the kids involved and away from the other crap on reserves. Studying trapping history is really the best “truth and reconciliation” I can do. History really opens one’s eyes. I always knew there’s good ones out there, but now I look at them differently, sometimes sadly when I know more about their culture than they do.

As for the East Indians, this bust in Toronto is just the tip of the iceberg, there’s active investigations all over Canada and the US with LEOs working together….and bigger stuff than stolen vehicles.
