If Floyd wasn’t addicted to drugs and high at the time, none of this would have happened. Now some will talk about his upbringing, family, lack of father and what not. But no one will talk about his extensive criminal record or repetitive use of drugs.
Again, the blame lays solely on Floyd’s choices. He was a grown man who was well aware of how the system worked. Totally and completely his own fault.
How many lies will people believe before they realize their own idiocy?

Since his demise, Saint George has been responsible for more deaths in the inner cities than all cops combined X10000. It was entirely his own fault. NO if, ands or buts about it. But none of that matters.
Since then, scales of justice tipped in favor of the thugs.........let them run wild. Cops not wanting to be in same jail cell as Chavin have taken hands off approach. If they do make arrests, prosecutors let them walk so real police work is pointless. The lines between right and wrong.......legal and illegal went from blurred to now obliterated. Cities both large and small now uninhabitabel by civil society.
Has taken time to hit bottom, but tide is starting to turn. Portland OR of all places, just voted out do nothing DA to vote in a guy who ran on tough on crime agenda. Will see if that actually happens.

If he wound of complied with the police he’d probably still be alive, as would many others that refused to comply. Chauvin and the other 3 officers did nothing that day other than their job.

I bet they wish they'd done something different now. But no way to see what was coming for them.

What some folks are not aware of is the whole thing that went down with ol George was caught on video. A combination of security cameras and cell phones. When all if it is spliced together, the whole thing runs close to an hour and a half. Including, but not limited to the "I can't breathe". He was already complaining about that during early stages of arrest when he was standing up on the street as they were putting the cuffs on him......before they put him in the car. He complained about that early and often.
What is not well known is that there were two witnesses standing across the street that witnessed the entire thing from start to finish. A black lady and a black guy. When it was over and as cops were packing up to leave, lady was heard saying "what an idiot". And the guy approached the cops.......and thanked them for their service.
It wasn't until a few days later when the famous "I can't breathe" video came out did anyone even question what happened. But that fit the agenda and it went viral and blew the lid off. News media being as much responsible for what has followed as Saint George was.
