The red hot Cardinals are coming to Philly tomorrow night. Should be a good game.
I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Not sure who was booing Counsell more, Cubs or Brewers fans. Both probably have laryngitis. Not a popular guy either place. You are right about that! Cubs face the Reds, Cards face Philly,,, Cubs should put a games on the Cards in the next three,,, but I won't hold my breath the way the Cubs have been all this month! Brewers get to play bottom of the barrel White Sox.

With Acuna out for the season and about 4 pitchers on the disable list the Braves are really struggling. The Phillies are hopeful Turner will be back in the lineup soon. He is projected to be back early to the middle of June. It is hard to believe, but before long the season will reach the half way point. That also means the trade deadline will soon be here. Since the Phillies did very little in the off season, I doubt they will do much leading up to the trade deadline, I think they will pretty much go with what they have.

I finally get to watch the Phillies on TV, Fox is broadcasting tonight's game and when Fox does a Phillies game it doesn't get blacked out.

Cubs are in a complete meltdown.. all the bats seem to have holes in them.. the errors and sloppy defense is starting to stack up ( which you have 3 gold gloves on the feild).. the bullpen is a dumpster fire.. and now the starting rotation.. which was the best era in the mlb is showing signs of cracking… I don’t know if it’s a clubhouse issue or what,, But I’ll stick with my personal opinion that firing David Ross was premature and an extremely dirty thing to do.. This team, so far, has not fared any better under counsell… Ross really didn’t have much to work with… my only complaint was how he handled the bullpen. If the cubs can’t get it together.. everyone in the lineup will be batting.200 or lower. A complete and utter embarrassment

The Phillies are like "Old Man River", they just keep rolling along.

Brewers won 8 of their last 10. Helps when they play the teams from Chicago for six of those games Brewers starting rotation isn’t much, but keeps them in most games where they can win with their bullpen. A different guy got a save today. I think they have eight players with at least one this year. Offense knows if they can get a lead, they will win. Defense has been pretty good this year and it always helps when you don’t give the team extra outs.

Def gonna keep my eyes on the brewers/ Phillies series.. Phillies are playing some serious baseball. I know it’s still a long way until October.. but every game still counts. At least the cubs aren’t quite the dumpster fire as the Marlins.

Nice seeing Hoskins get such a warm welcome back to Philly. The crowd was excited that his home run was just a solo shot. Crew has some work to do. They are not playing Chicago anymore.

Why did the Brewers starting pitcher on pitch one inning? He looked pretty good the inning he pitched.
