I rigged mine that way for home use, and a portable folder for road trips, worked great!

Mine has two legs(A Frame style) and a bar that locks, its height adjustable because there are several notches in the bar that hook onto the crosser of the A frame. I can set it up anywhere, and fpld it up and put it away when not in use. Its heavy duty also.

Boco, what keeps it at the angle you want? Is the angle iron extended past catching on the receiver tube on the wall?

Nothing on the wall it is a free standing beam that folds up to set up anywhere-in the fur shed,at workshops or outside. Similat to beartooths.

I think he meant Brooks and typed Boco by mistake. Pretty cool idea of Brooks, but it looks like it would be wobbly to me, I like a good solid fleshing beam without wobble. Mine has a hinge where it attaches to the base of the wall (actually the 4"x4" leg of the work bench) and another leg approximately like Boco's other than made with a board instead of pipe. That leg is attached to the beam with a door hinge and has half a hinge on the base of the leg, with the other half the hinge screwed to the floor. Pull the pin out of the hinge that is screwed to the floor and the beam folds up flush to the work bench (I have a strap on the leg of the work bench to hold it upright, flush to the bench) out of the way, or in the off season, pull the pine out of the hinge where it is attached to the base of the work bench and store the whole beam in the rafters. No wobble on the wall setup. I actually had to grind some metal off the male piece to get it to go in. It does wobble a bit when used off my truck receiver. The only thing that holds the angle is the tightness of the bolt holding it to the bracket. It moves freely but has enough friction to stay in place when I walk away. While fleshing my gut holds it in place.
