I was gifted a model 14 in .35rem. I intend on using it to hunt with open sights. It has sights I can see through good with these half century eyes. I would like to be able to put a sling on it. It is a pump action. Do they make a specific/generic clamp on the barrel front stud? I would just put a stud in the butt stock as normal. I'm not worried about collect ability for it has good use wear on it for a 100 year old gun. Very interesting rifle as well. It is a take down model with a safety blow out port on the side. Any insight is appreciated.
