Well worth having.Headed to Millinocket to get a new windshield when I got a flat tire.Thought not a problem.I could not no matter how I beat on the tire to get the tire off.The wrecker guy had to use a huge breaking bar to get the tire off.

Next time you have a wheel stuck to the hub , do this -
Put all the lugnuts back on but leave them a couple threads loose. Drive the vehicle very slowly (1mph) a little bit. Usually only takes a few feet. The weight of the vehicle will break the bond of rust holding it together. Hitting the brakes sharply while doing this helps a lot too.

Had these lug nuts loose, after a few gentle miles of no go, I went off roading. Got air a few times. Didn't budge. I mean MILES of rough roads. This worked on one side, but not the other. Air hammer, lube, and HOURS finally got it.

DaveP , duellys are always a PIA. Tough job.
Another trick I have used is to lift the vehicle up with a hydraulic floor jack and drop it down fast. Doesn't work with the standard jack that comes with the vehicle because you can't come down fast & hard.
Another thing that works is when the vehicle is safely and securely jacked up is to hit the tire sidewall at the 3 o'clock position then the 9 o'clock position again and again with a good sized sledge hammer or sitting on your butt and kicking it with both feet.
Duellys are real tough sometimes , almost need a proper application of high explosives.......lol

You're right about that, Bruce. My wife used it a couple months ago. Took the guy about 45 minute get there (wife was about 30 miles from town) but he had the car up tire changed and flat tire in the trunk in 10 minutes. Well worth the annual fee.

Good deal there, Bruce. We've come out ahead in numerous years by having AAA. It's pretty sweet that it covers you in anyone's car. So far, the simplicity has been nice too. Just sign and walk away. Glad it worked out well for you.

I just got AAA since I and my truck are getting much older.
