Caught my first juvenile five days ago, and the neighbor next to my customer told me she has seen at least three juveniles running around. So, at least two left to catch. Using 9x11, 24" Comstocks, and when I checked two days ago, it appeared the little guys went under/around the wire. This is what I came up with...a 24" zip tie across the bottom to fill in the gap, and a 36" zip tie down the side to close the gap. Don't need to tell you that Jim has a great product, but I think lowering the posts for the bottom wire to be positioned lower would help. Thoughts/opinions?

Flip the trap on its side so the trigger bar is parallel to the ground with the triggers sticking straight up. Zip tying a little bit of hardware cloth to them can help narrow the holes. I found if the bar is on the bottom they can’t push trough as easily.

X2

This has worked for me in the past with groundhogs and juvenile skunks.
