My guess is Most cat pee is artificial. Nobody is collecting cat pee anymore unless it's one or 2 cats just for personal use. So to answer your question they just used different recipes You can always test them on your dog or cat and see if there's any intrest

Ones fresher than the other. The lighter colored one is the freshest. We collected seven gallons this year just messing around. Cats need guts and fur in their diet or they stop producing urine regularly.

Of all the artificial odors I'm familiar with in the trapping lure business....I would've never expected artificial bobcat urine. But, after thinking about it, bobcat urine is probably the easiest one to counterfeit......using that artificial cat essense.

It's not an easy task. Unless your selling it privately, your going to get wholesale prices from the big suppliers and the price is no where near what they sell it for. Cats are cleaner to collect than coyotes. You have to be set up for it and keep things clean as possible.

So why are individuals selling high quality private stock fox and coyote urine but real cat urine is impossible to get and would be $100 for a half gallon? Do cats not urinate? A lot of the “high quality” fox and coyote urine out there isn’t as “high quality” as you think either.

Every bobcat I’ve ever checked has had a full bladder regardless of spraying at the set. And by full, I mean couldn’t get anymore in there if they wanted to.
Yep...and I've always added that bladder urine to the bcat urine I bought.

So they are selling it but it's suppose to be " private stock"......????? What's private stock urine? Is different than regular urine? Sounds like sales gimmick to me. It's either real pee or it's not. And I've collected real pee and before that I don't think I'd bought any that was 100% the real stuff. Canebrake how do you tell the real stuff from the cut or artificial stuff?
