The wet summer was predicted this past winter due to ocean currents swapping from El Nino to La Nina. That's why we've had the whiplash from droughts to floods.

We've had cloud seeding for several years now up in our mountains. Don't notice much difference.

I remember hearing about this when I was a kid, like in the late 50's early 60's. As I recall it had very limited success.

Maybe. Lookup how they think all these solar panels reflecting heat up in the sky instead of the earth absorbing it and how that may change the weather. Indiana has wind turbines and solar panels just West of us (storms come from the West) and our weather seems to be different with more severe storms i.e. tornados but we don't know anything for sure. Its hard not to think about those solar panels right at the border though.

I heard that the wind turbines are speeding up the wind and causing more tornadoes and even hurricanes.

That article is about reflected sunlight, not reflected heat.

That would defy the laws of Newtonian physics if that was the case.

When an air mass passes through a turbine, some of the kinetic energy is removed and converted to "work' to turn the turbine blades.

Consequently, the velocity of the air mass down wind of the turbine is lower than that on the up-wind side.

It would be a neat trick to line up windmills and have each one power the one beyond it..but that won't work. Perpetual motion machines don't exist yet..
