It got humid and some skunk hides I bought still have a good skunk oder to them. How does a person get that out if there is a way. Professionally tanned.

Have you used it?

I tried Natures Miracle on skunk essence and it was pretty much worthless. Have not used Pooph myself but a colleague has and was not impressed with it.

Bonus,enjoy them all over again.

Our lab took a small dose last week, it worked pretty good. When I say a small dose, I missed it when I let him in, the wife caught it and ordered him back out but didn’t threaten to kill anyone.

Never had a stinky hide after getting it professionally tanned (Moyles).

Ozone machine

Most sprays you need to get to the sorce. Been using Natures Miracle for several years with good luck but they do have their limitations. Agree with Law Dog. Oley might be onto something with an ozone machine.

You can buy an ozone machine pretty cheap off Amazon. I use one on my skunk pelts before I sew them into hats. I place half a dozen skins in a large plastic tote along with the ozone machine. Place the cover on and run the machine for 15-20 minutes. Bit helps a lot.
