Do not reply to any fraud alerts from Capital One it’s a scam. Call the number on the back of your card to avoid clicking on any provided links. I received a email and a text asking if I made a $1,700 purchase at Zoro. The email looked official it contained the last 4 digits of my card even never click on or call any numbers on the messages you receive.

Same with Chase I have gotten 4 calls in the last two weeks saying someone made a purchase in Canada for 1500 to 1800 dollars on an Amazon purchase first one wanted to verify my address and on and on i hang up and start watching my account

So, do the scammers get stuck with the overdraft fees when they hack my negative balance debit card? Must suck for them to go to the trouble of hacking a maxed out card!
