Most of it comes tied to financing.
Meets their DEI requirements or you're shut out.

That said, their CEO preaches it. And climate change.

Yes TSC has gone off the rails. I won’t be shopping there anymore. Next time I go to town I will stop and personally tell the manager.

They replaced the real Jake with a woke Jake.
The WNBA games are inundated with woke State Farm commercials.

I can’t believe how many people I have heard that canceled State Farm. They must have really ruffled a lot of feathers.

Its not the managers fault and they can not do a darn thing about it. Don't go in there and ruin his/her day. Write a letter to corporate instead.

I have been told the original Jake died. Not sure if thats true or not.

more people/business are woke than you realize...so called conservatives are slowly going woke everyday due to wokemosis..

I suspect most companies could not keep their doors open with just the business from us old white guys. They are trying to cater to all forms of customers.
As has been expressed on here many times if you do not care for a companies policies do not support them.

Looks like their IT is down, trying to get password changed so I can log on.

I think this may be a little more insidious than we know. On surface, all they have to do is nothing. Just stock and sell products their customer base wants to buy. Cater to 1,000 customers and not worry much about the 1.

Where the rub comes in is from the outside. Outfits like Bloomberg and Blackstone evaluate these companies and give them scores for DEI, wokeness, etc. If they don't measure up, the big pension funds, etc won't buy the stock. So they go woke. Make 1 person happy and offend 1,000 by doing it.

What do you think the difference is in old white guys spending and 25-35 year olds struggling to pay their rent every month?
