walleyed OP trapper W Joined: Feb 2010 Henderson, N.Y. Jefferson Co.	Just had an Earth Quake shake the house at 11:45PM. Heard a loud cracking sound and rumbling to the southwest. That sounds about right as it is 19 road miles on NYS RT #3 between Watertown, NY & Henderson, NY. The loud cracking sound, rumbling, and audible BOOM came from the southwest of me, out over Lake Ontario. The morning coffee crew at the local diner all said they heard & felt the noise, ground shaking, & tremors. We also had another similar one with the same effects back in the spring of this year. Lugnut trapper L Joined: Dec 2006 SEPA	We have them here in southeast PA occasionally. The last one was in spring of this year. I was at the vet with my dogs when it happened. We (my wife and two dogs) were in an exam room and a rumbling started, sounded like an out-of-balance washer spinning in the next room. I knew what it was right away, told my wife we were having an earthquake and considered leaving the building. It only lasted about ten seconds. Eh...wot?
