I've got bad big muscle cramps in the buttocks....likely PMR (polymyalgia rheumatica) which I have bouts of from time to time. So last night my wife, bless her heart, decided I needed "them" rubbed down with some concoction latinas think resolve muscle soreness. Well shortly some of the magic potion migrated down to the nether regions and I started to feel a burn like something between habanero juice and stinging nettles! Holy mackerel!!!

Even the hot bath with soap couldn't remedy the situation so I had to ride it out for a couple of hours. SO the moral of the story is: I don't know, you come up with one!

You need to get one of those electrode muscle stimulators…all joking aside. My husband has piroformis syndrome and It was terrifying, the nerve pain he was in. Between that and my lower back, we use it all the time.

Same thing with cutting up jalapeños and then having to go to the bathroom…pee your pants/shorts/skivvies or wash hands thoroughly before handling anything else!!

Whole scenario may have been planned... You may think twice about complaining and asking for assistance. Knew a lady in the Ozarks whose Grandmas cold cure was a rendered skunk essence salve on the chest to clear the sinus' (poor mans Vicks Vapo rub). She said no one complained about a cold and made sure if they had one Grandma didn't find out.

Sounds like she put the liniment to ya'. Yeeoouucchh!!!

Guess the moral of the story is. Rather a pain in the arse than a pain in the balls!
