Printed do hickeys. Pretty neat if you only need a few shells loaded up

Lee load all gets a bad rap because it's the cheapest shotgun reloader and I get that other reloaders are better quality but for what it is it will do the job but it's not as fast or precise.
I use mine strictly for tss Turkey and goose loads and have no complaints
I might look into this as I've been contemplating buying a .410 and turning it into a Turkey slayer.

I foresee a bunch of crushed .410 hulls with that rig! With the additional purchase of the Mec sizing ring, you could find a Mec 600 Jr at a garage or estate sale.

Why exactly? Seems if it was all made right it would work ?

Also gotta ask where the heck do y'all find these magical estate and garage sales with all this stuff so frequently lol ? Most I've seen is some old pellet guns and a bow or two laugh

Wolfie,
In the priming stage, it doesn’t appear it slightly flares the crimp, which helps increase volume. Noticed he used a sharpie marker to attempt to flare the hull so he could get the stump wad started in, so, what that does it allow the shot to get into the folds of the hull prior to full crimp stage. That results in poor crimps, with partial openings on a finish crimp. With the two part final crimp that kit comes with, I’m betting it crushes the hull on some, right where the bottom of the wad and powder meet.
I own about a dozen presses, mostly Mecs, I have only ever bought three new, two progressives and a Mec 600. Read sale bills for estate sales, they usually list used reloading equipment. Go the last day of the sale, they are usually ready to deal and sick of the public by then! There is usually ,reloading equipment at larger trapping conventions. Usually pewter at estate sales also.
