I hope you can k snow I thought it was a pretty neat experience to be pulling beaver out of a old newhouse close to Independence Rock on the Sweetwater river knowing all of the mountain men who had passed through there

Very neat trip K Snow. I still feel incredibly lucky to be able to trap a lot of the rivers first trapped by those "majority of scoundrels'. In particular the Smith river in Douglas county where 13 unlucky members of Jedediah Smith's party perished at the hands of the Umpqua Indians in a sneak attack.

What? No Mexicans in Pennsylvania? Average Mexican has about 42% native American DNA. Southern Mexico even higher.

I live here in Michigan near an Indian Reservation. The town on Mt.Pleasant is right in the middle.

Often times going to a store shopping for groceries, you come across people who you know are Native Americans.

PF, plan for lots of time. The West has so much to see.

LOL, I stopped in the museum in Pinedale in 1995.
Signed the guest book, and noticed the folks who.just left as we entered, were from.same town as us.

I am 1/8th Cherokee (father's grandmother was a full blood Cherokee), and you don't get bennies unless you are affiliated with a tribe. (unless if you are Eliz Warren)
