Put in 40 Better Boy tomato plants on cattle panels Sunday and planted 4 rows of incredible sweet corn and 5 short rows of Contender Bush beans. My zucchini and cucumbers are up just haven’t transplanted into the ground.

I will put in jalapeño and cayenne for hot peppers and just green bell peppers for eating. Plan on okra and maybe beets this year.

I have radishes, beets, and peas up! Gotta till again and get more planted this coming weekend. Still watching the weather close as we’ve had some frost the last week. Glad to see everyone is making progress! Happy trapping! ScottW

I've got most of mine out at this point. Still watering in. Still putting up cages. Still filling in areas.
Strawberries.
Onions
Lettuce
Radishes
Tomatoes, probably 25+ varieties.
Bell Peppers
Hot Peppers, Jalapenos, Serranos, Habanero.
Sweet corn patch
Green beans
Peas
Sugar snap peas

I still have to get my viney stuff out. Cucumbers, squash, pumpkins. I was going to do a patch of cilantro but havent yet.

I planted a bunch of asparagus crowns a few weeks ago but they haven't done anything yet.

Tonight we’ll be having baby carrots, nice beets and beet greens, and yellow summer squash alongside our steaks for supper! Been a bittersweet gardening year, but every year is different. Haven’t even planted potatoes yet but gonna this week to get a few baby taters this fall and putting in some onion starts for green onions. Happy trapping!! ScottW [Linked Image]

My two locations are all over the board. Good, bad, ugly and rotting away. So much rain this year that antracnose is in my raspberries. Several plantings have rotted in the ground or had very, very poor germination. A few things doing very well. Green beans look good and getting ready to pick in a week or so. Potatoes are awesome, need to watch for rotting in the ground if it stays wet. We bought a couple dozen chickens this year. The son and dil have decided to let them run outside. Now I need to fence that garden too!

That’s a bummer Bruce! So variable depending on your soil. I’m fortunate on a year like this as we’re in sand/gravel country. It can rain an inch tonight and I can rototill tomorrow! Which also means if it doesn’t rain for a week…..I need to water! Happy trapping! ScottW
