Guess I am one of the odd ones. I LOVE deadlift day. I have to force myself to do upper body. To me it's boring.

Except for log press. If I had my own log at home, I'd be pressing that every day I could.

He's got a handle on log press, and FINALLY getting sandbags figured out.
Bag over bar toss is his latest hurdle.
He gets the height, but his aim.....

I like it, outside the box thinking!
Don't need a lot of $$$ equipment to get strong.

Son started flipping bus tires at 12 out back, bthrn heavy equipment tires.

Sandbags are cheap.

He'd hook.logging chains to ends of bars, coiled on floor, so.weight got progressively heavier as it came up.

Him and some guys he lifts with all bought different molds for Atlas stones and then passed molds around.
Think.his biggest is 355 or 375.

When it was time to.move them, I took the 2 smallest and it was more than I wanted, lol

Looking good k snow. Maybe I will get my building done and set up before winter and I will post a picture. It will be mostly for the boys but very nice set up. If they get into it I will get more gear like a cable set up.

LOL, after about killing myself pulling and hauling a tractor tire to the shop the first time, I started calling McCarthy Tire for in field service and never complained about the fee.
