Can you set snares on Sunday in PA ?

Congratulations young lady on passing the Cable requirements. Find yourself a good mentor for some hands on training.

I'm sorry you live in a state that makes you take a test to use cables that are less humane than actual snares....
but happy that you passed the test!

Using relaxing locks and non lethal snares is another example of nontrappers writing regulations. I would stick to humane foot traps if I lived in a state that required "cable restraints".
Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)
