This was my thinking as well,however if so I don't think there is any way they would have missed.
Ya, all the planning for that and they put someone on point who can't make a 150yd shot….. it stinks a little bit, but its hard to tell where its coming from Maybe the alleged shooter was just a patsy/fall guy & the real shooter muffed it. Why not multiple shooters again from multiple agencies this go-around ? Can anybody vouch for the whereabouts of Lon Horiuchi when this incident went down ?  w

The shooter was said to have no ID on them.
They will not release a name.
So ..do they have to wait until Monday ..when his dentist office opens ?
