This will stir the left. Judge found that Jack Smith couldn't prosecute a dog for peeing on a shrub because his position wasn't approved by congress. IN fact he wasn't even considered a lawyer under the laws required to prosecute anyone on Federal charges in that court. What people do for money is border line ABSURD

Somebody is wanting a Supreme Court nomination...... So because she is a Trump nominee, probably conservative and had the guts to call a decision like this by the rules, she has an ulterior motive? I don't guess she could just be following the law as any judge should. I noticed you said nothing about the FACT his appointment by Garland was unconstitutional. Typical response from you. SMH. So SC Smith had two of these cases. The one in FL that has been dismissed. The other is in DC. Merits of either case now off the table. Judge has said Smith is a nobody......private citizen off the street with no authority to prosecute anyone. If true for one, ought to be true for both, but remains to be seen what judge in DC has to say about it.
If judge in DC says otherwise, then will eventually end up in supreme court. High stakes game..........they rule against DC and Smith........will be punch in the mouth for Garland and those directing him. Use of DOJ for political purposes. Spinning that on burnt out bearings gonna sound like the squealing pig it is.

`The way the law reads no documents can be taken off of US property in so many words. If they were going to prosecute trump they needed to do the same for biden. They both broke the law by taking classified documents from US property. That was the law that was broken and both are guilty. Biden is as guilty as trump the way the law reads.
Handing over the documents may have a different penalty but the law that was broken was broken by BOTH.
It was thrown out because no one is going to blame biden. He is above the law his 60 years in politics.
Yes, if Trump's guilty, so is Biden. No difference, just a double standard in play.
I don't watch football, so I don't know who Taylor Swift is, but he sounds fast.

Trump and Biden cases are not equal. Biden had no authority to do what he did, none.
They didn't care from the start if these cases were thrown out, as long as it damaged trump prior to the election.
Smith ruined that guy in Virginia's career, basically the same way. Ginned up charges that were later tossed out by supreme court, 9-0.
