If you can't slap on a bandage and put the cow back out into the pasture then your steak is over cooked. Oh and if you need steak sauce of any kind on your steak to add flavor, then the stake isn't fit to eat!
Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.

Stopped by a motel a long time ago and there was an Asian lady running it.I inquired about a room and she said for breakfast we serve "Steak and Egg". Pretty funny if you can imagine someone saying that in an Asian accent. This reminds me of that.

Eating undercooked meat causes
Campylobacteriosis
Trichinosis
Clostridium botulinum
Clostridium perfringiosis
E-Coli
Listeriosis
Staphylococcus auriosis
Shigella
Salmonella
Probably why some on here have so many problems,lol.
Stay away from undercooked meat.It will bugger you up.
