When you think about what happened, you wouldn't think a building that had cops inside of it staging or whatever they were doing. Would have a guy climb up the side of it and start shooting. I don't know how many cops were in the building, but it just seems like a crazy turn of events that it actually transpired. They were looking for that specific guy earlier, how does he wind up right in the middle like he did.

He bought a ladder Saturday morning. He had to have known where he wanted to be. Wonder if he just Google earthed the place, or drove up and looked at it beforehand. He wouldn't have known if the building would be manned or not until that day. Just as good a chance that maybe a couple of officers could have been in his way that day, and nothing happens.
