I’ve never been a member but there are a couple of things I used to like to look at now they are private trying to decide if I want to join so I can see or just not bother…it’s really not my thing

It ain’t good for nobody. I don’t want any parts of it.
It stinks because FTA and PTA is on there and also my job. But I feel like FB is more trouble than it’s worth. People you don’t really know messaging you and asking you for stuff is the biggest problem I have had in the past…

Most of my buds have a profile but just use it for scrolling through their groups. Lots of adds and garbage now, used to be just posts people you know from or follow.

yes , if you want to know what is happening in many places , you learn it from the town information page, the news paper is about useless it comes out days after the funeral.

if there is a lost dog , it will be on the town/city/village info page

road conditions from people who just drove to work

where he garage sales are

I visit FB about three times per day. Prefer to browse UTube for entertainment and info.

Your better off in private areas then dealing with the trolls and Richards in the regular part. I use it to stay in touch with my hunting crew for that it’s great. Just don’t buy anything on there unless you’re sure about it but use a pay app never give personal info lots of China scam junk on there.

Have never had a fakebook account and havent missed out on anything that I know of other then the OSTA uses it for their website.

Upside, I do get the OSTA newsletter e-mailed every month its just enough to keep me informed

I don’t mind it at all ! Easy way to stay current on upcoming events. Marketplace is a neat feature. Lots of entertainment ! Matt Jones adventures, Mark Steck boyhood stories, Bryan Nelson lyrical challenges !

Effortless to Post pictures or videos from a phone. It helps me stay in touch with past coworkers, neighbors!

The groups are a good way to keep up todate with new stuff. There also alot of people who migrated there from these wild forums. Lotta stuff you can find easy on FB that you can on forums...that or it's like pullin teeth. But it's engineered to be addictive and ah bit forming. Also full of "experts".They also gotten stupid crazy with the rules they don't haur ban your account now , they ban the specific device, ip address , and skem other stuff. Miss doing my meme page and stuff
