I’m gonna have to keep digging to figure it out. I’ve substituted the butter for oil, bacon grease, nothing in a non stick pan, eaten the eggs only without other foods… can’t put my finger on it.

Here is a suggestion. Separate the yokes from the white. Eat only one for a few days then eat the other. Maybe you are reacting to just the white or yoke.

Can you eat dishes that use eggs? Mayo contains eggs. Does it bother you?

No issues with the eggs in any other dish as an ingredient. Zero issues with store bought eggs across the board.

No issues for me, but my wife will only eat one a week due to discomfort.
