Kill em and eat em....I have racks laying around in a heap, I never look at them after the fact.... that's how much a big rack means to me, but as always, YMMV... grin

The problem with not killing them is that the big perfect 8 pt isn't breeding anymore but that one with the bad genes is.

Oh did anyone notice how great my food plot looks ? Same place the pumpkin man said would NEVER grow anything.

Can you show a " quote" where Pumpkin Man (me) said nothing would grow?

Will wait for it. laugh
And...., what is this "Disease " you speak of?
What's the proper name for it? I've never heard of it?
Really..., I'm interested in hearing about this "Disease "you mentioned.
You post pics like those that claim to have filmed a Bigfoot. No pics are better then poor ones.

Hope you kill that 2/3 year old this year standing in your green plot of weeds, grass. Lol.
I believe you planted sunflowers there in that mix? Can you show one that made it to maturity?
Your posts are SO EASY to pick apart. Lol.
So a Disease link and a referral to where I said " nothing" would grow would be awesome.
GO!!!

smile

Edited too add, that squirt buck has an injury. Not a Disease wink
Pumpkin Man out.

(For now) will wait for your spin responses and will chime back in. whistle

The big perfect 8 will still breed. The rut is once a year he is going to find a doe. Eric

Didn’t plant sunflowers this year. Last year turkeys ate all the seeds
You forget easily. Want me to give updates on it last year. But by June it was tall and no need to report
Post some pics of your food plots.

If you’re going to plant sunflowers, you better have a huge field just so some can make it, lol.

Those are 100% injury related. It has absolutely nothing to do with genetics.

I don’t know what y’all’s age structure looks like, but here that’s at max a 3yr old and good Lawd he’d look good in 2 more years. But, all depends on acreage and surrounding like minded individuals. Plus that’s 2 more years he’d pass on his genes. Offspring may not all look like him, but if one or two do there’s future big boys.

I think the one damaged his pedicle few weeks back. Other one was week on that side last year. Research showed if injuries to back part it effect opposite side rack. Front legs same side

So..., that pic is from THIS YEAR.
I don't recall me posting anything about it? Or you either?
Fact Byrd..., deal with them like you quoted you only do.

You called me out, I responded.
Answer those 2 questions. Should be easy peasy.

Where did I say nothing would grow?
Where can us TMan members read about this " Rack Disease " you made a thread about?
Waiting on an answer WITHOUT any spin.

Go!!
What is it you say I forget easily?, that's question # 3.

Remember..., you called me out. I'm here.
wink

Mouth that is the same plot you said would not grow anything last year It did as well as this year Hated to prove you wrong again. The term disease is a expression in this case . You ever here someone say their place had the 8 pt plague? Meaning most bucks are 8 pts not they have a plague
Go back to modeling your dirty underwear and find a dead tree to stand in front of so they match up because you change your clothes once a week

I was always told this too.

Was even told that a lot of times the injury was in the testicular area.

Opposite hide leg is common

I'm all in for food plots.
But that (mix) you planted is a waste of time!
Please post pics in 2 months from the exact same spot as the original pic.
Let's see what comes up whistle

Lime aint gonna do squat without fertilizer.
Kale,sunflowers,turnips need lots. That's a shady environment .
I expect some germination but other then rye/clover, a total waste of time/$.
50$ to the TM discretionary fund from you or me (TMan) members will vote that by July 15, that plot with that mix will look like crap!

Bucks. Is it coming back to you now???
Lol lol lol lol !!!!!!!!

Good luck with him this year! With your acreage he’d have probably been deflated by me last year, lol.
