I have struggled too. I went through extreme depression throughout my 20's. I turned to Jesus Christ and spent lots of time with him reading the word of God. I am a stronger Christian now because of the tough times. The book of James says let the testing of your faith produce endurance so you may be mature and complete lacking in nothing. I Now thank God that my faith is strong because of the things I went through. May God carry you through your difficult journey

Don't struggle alone, ask for help, it is out there.

Going it aloe is O K if you chose to go that route Keep in mind how ever there are many good organizations with trained professionals that can help you during a rough time And no matter what you think it could happen in the blink of a eye Life changes are not easy A long time friend used to say a little adversary made you stronger I told him nearly time he would say it that adversary just wore me out And the less I had to deal with the better off I was There are some thinks in life you can not prepare for But you can always be wiling to accept help

You have to give yourself the best of foods, walk as much as you can, no booze, a good night's sleep, and read all you can of current events.
